4.0 out of 5 stars NW road-trip companion, November 11, 2006

This review is from: Northwest Budget Traveler: Cheap Eats, Cheap Sleeps, Affordable Adventure (Best Places Budget Guides) (Paperback)
While this book may be a little outdated (some businesses have closed since the book was published), it served as an essential reference source for my husband and me during our budget road trip through Oregon last summer. Our main priority was to have fun and not overspend, and this book guided us to some amazing roadside attractions, natural wonders and eateries that didn't empty our wallets and allowed us to take full advantage of the inexpensive resources and businesses available to us.
