this blanket is thin, but its nice and soft. I use it to filter light coming through a window that has a sun shade for late sleeping. when I awake, I lift the shade so this blanket can perfectly filter just the right amount of light into my room. So i guess it being thin is a good thing in my case. For the price of this blanket, everyone should just assume its going to be thin anyways.
