The handset includes a headset jack and belt clip, and is hearing aid compatible. The volume of both ringer and conversation can be adjusted with the flick of a switch. The manufacturer offers a one-year warranty, covering parts and service.

This phone is a bad product. We have had this phone for 3 months and the light on the phone doesn't work now. You can't even hear the person on the other line. This phone is garbage for 40.00.

Every Bell product I ever had was poor quality and did not last long. I should have known not to buy this. The quality is beyond poor. The phone is about 6 months old and I can only have a 1 minute conversation before I can no longer hear the other person.
