Great product. Would give it 4.75 stars if available. I prefer a little more tweeking as in NIS, but I bought this to share with other not very technically inclined family members. Can set it and it does it's job. Norton has definitly improved this product between versions and has made it family friendly. Bought the Premium version for the peace of mind of back-up storage. I would highly recommend for those that are not computer savvy or, like me, who don't want to have to check other family members computers very often. Speed has been much improved from earlier Norton products, not as much of a resource hog and continually gets high test scores on most independent studies. Do research and you will be pleasantly suprised.

Have used this product for years...they have great 24/7 support (even though it's overseas) and have helped me out many times. I do use the remote online back-up feature and have had to restore files several times. I am sold on this product...

UNLESS YOU WANT THAT MUCH ONLINE STORAGE, I WOULD SUGGEST BUYING NORTON 360 THAT HAS 2GB OF SECURE ONLINE STORAGE. WHEN COMPARING NORTON 360 PREMIER EDITION NEXT TO NORTON 360 THE ONLY DIIFERENCE THAT I CAN SEE IS THAT YOU WILL PAY MORE MONEY FOR MORE ONLINE STORAGE OTHERWISE THE PRODUCT IS EXACTLY THE SAME. SO WHY PAY MORE? BUY NORTON 360.
UNFORTUNATLEY WHEN I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON THEY WERE EXTREMELY SLOW IN GETTING ME MY ORDER. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE THEY SENT MY ORDER OUT. IN THE PAST I HAVE TYPICALLY RECIEVED MY ORDERS IN LESS THAN 10 DAYS FROM THE TIME I ORDERED THEM.
