What a waste of time and money.
The product installed alright but, gives Internal Program Error (3038,104). Basically, it will not run a scan. Tried the suggestions it offered with no sucess. The next option was to "Contact Us". This resulted in the phone company telling me the phone number is no longer valid. Online support has many options that took me down paths that did not correspond to the problem I'm having. Can you say $%*#!!!!!! At present, I'm attempting to get a refund but, since I purchased mail order and, did actually install the product...it doesn't look good. Argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One computer locked up, another couldn't send/receive email. Had to chat with support to get fixes downloaded.
