Thanks to the Norwegian Association of Chefs, we can all enjoy exotic and ordinary recipes from each county in Norway for years to come. This collection offers the best that Norwegian kitchens have to offer. More than 350 recipes are included, both local specialties and national favorites. Special attention is devoted to the cultural aspect of eating in Norway, giving a new dimension to the dishes presented. Recipes have been adapted for today's kitchens and for an American audience. Anyone who appreciates tradition and good food will cherish this book. I love this book, and I grew up on Norwegian food in Norway.
