Born in Ohio but did most of my growing up in North Andover, Massachusetts. Graduated from Norwich University's Corps of Cadets in 1993 and served on active duty in U.S. Army (2nd Infantry Division and 82nd Airborne). Worked in sales/marketing for a few years (pharmaceuticals and technology) prior to teaching. Lived and taught in the Dominican Republic for 6 years. Returned to Norwich University and earned a Master's Degree in 2007 (Diplomacy and International Terrorism). Now I live in Massachusetts where I speak, write, and teach History/Political Science/Terrorism related courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
