4.0 out of 5 stars Every office, dorm and tailgate needs one of these!
We got one of these for our office and christened it today with a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookie dough.

How did we ever get through the day without a warm cookie break at 3? We won't ever have to again!

It heats up in less than 5 minutes, is easy to clean, and comes with a spatula to remove the cookies... (There are some cookie cutters...

3.0 out of 5 stars ugly!
I haven't had the chance to use my bakery express for cookies but first thing you notice when you open the box is this ugly neon green. it is a good size so you can use it almost like a George Foreman grill but it is more like an oven. I have used it for reheating cold pizza slices where it did a great job of melting the cheese and making the crust nice and crispy...

(There are some cookie cutters too, but we are all about the "drop" cookies at this point.) The simplest plan would be just to grab a tube of dough at the grocery store and go to town.

Our co-workers were wowed by this adorable little appliance. What a find! Several people remarked that they might get them for home use since you don't have to heat up the oven just for a few cookies. Cleanup involves washing the spatula and wiping the surfaces of the appliance. No cookie sheets to wash...

You want employees to be happy to come to work? Let em bake cookies!

My one suggestion for improvement would be adding a window to the lid to keep an eye on "doneness". In order to check on them, you have to lift the lid and lose some heat--so they take a little longer to bake. Who wants to wait?! (Much less worry they might get a little too crispy?)

I really enjoy baking orange rolls from the can and rolled cookies .

cookies though kinda stick together and watch out they cook fast less than 6 mins.

I have made ham and cheese sandwiches. turned out great.

I gave mine away for a gift now I need to order another for myself.

I have used it for reheating cold pizza slices where it did a great job of melting the cheese and making the crust nice and crispy. I have considered using it for snacks only vs. cookies. In this hot weather I hate turning on the oven for a handfull of snack and I really don't like microwaving certain snack like pizza rolls because you really don't get that crisy crunch. Good thing I only paid less then $15 for it.

If you want this item in orange, forget it.

I tried to get this item over a year ago from another seller. The item was pictured in orange, but the one received was an ugly green. To avoid hassles, I kept it. I like the product. Fun to use. Just ugly.

A friend uses orange to decorate her kitchen, so I tried again to find it in orange. In fact, I called the seller, PricePro, this time to verify that it was available in orange and that that is what I would receive.

So, of course, it came in the ugly green. I may have kept that color for myself, but not for my friend. I complained this time.

PricePro Customer Service called and has arranged for pick-up of the item. All I have to do is tape up the box. They have also offered me a discount on a future purchase and I will be checking out their store front on Amazon. Pretty impressive!

I would still like to have this item in orange for my friend, but it seems the manufacturer has discontinued that color. They have decided to keep manufacturing the ugly green model and have not advised the companies they ship to of this change, thus the mixup on my attempts to order orange.

Disappointed not to get what I wanted, but I am very impressed by PricePro's customer service. I'll keep looking for this item in orange. Maybe there is one out there somewhere.

Cute concept, just keep in mind its a big footprint for a small cooking area. It's fun, not for a serious baker, who will bore easily making 4 cookies at a time.

Bought this item as an add on, wasnt really too enthused. I LOVE it, you can bake just a few cookies at a time without heating up the oven and the kitchen. Have hot cookies with my coffee every morning. Looking forward to trying new items to bake in the future.
