Very flimsy toaster won't work unless you "jiggle the handle" . Griddle must be preheated 15 minutes at least or the egg is under the removable surface. Too much hassle to return and would only get a replacement not a refund

i bought this toaster for christmas as a gift for my brother who loves eating breakfast every morning after coming home from the gym. the look on his face when he opened this was priceless. makes cooking breakfast faster and easier for him. he said everything works just fine, just have to remember to turn on the little girddle a couple minutes before you wanna cook. the griddle is nothing heavy duty, but gets the job done and my brother has no pans to wash afterwards!
