Seemed like a fun idea...I just had to try it.
I was not disappointed. It was fun. My "helpers" were my 5-year-old and 2-year-old sons and they had a really great time baking with Mom. That was the important part.
As for taste, don't use the recipe that comes with the instructions. Very bland. They were also very cake-like no matter if they were left in for one or three minutes. I'd prefer something more crunchy so now the search for the best recipe begins...
Finally, kudos to amazon as the first one that was sent to me (in better packaging) arrived damaged. They had a replacement here the next day and myself and my boys were not disappointed while waiting for packages to be exchanged. Thank you!!
