I bought this for one of my boys for Christmas and it was quickly assumed by the whole family (of six!) We use it almost every night for last four months and have had no problems. It quickly & continuously makes enough for 6 people within minutes. Defintely our favorite!!

I have had this machine for 2 years, you can make enough ice to make about 10-12 snow cones in about 5 minutes. The kids love it! It draws every kid in the neighborhood to our house. easy to use, easy to clean up.

This snow cone machince is the best out there. I use it everyday- multiple times a day! And it works lovely. It grinds large amount in mins! I highly recommend it for large familys and ice lovers! <3

Well, this product looks amazing and does it's job, but the NOISE! It is like a super powered jackhammer! I could hear the thing from across the street. Other than that, it does a lovely job of CRUSHING and SHAVING that ice. I made like five snow cones out of half of the top part filled with ice. I love this product, if I am wearing soundproof headphones.

Bought this product for use at a 8 years olds birthday party. It was a breeze to setup and use and even the kids could safely make cones quickly. The adults even got into the act. It was a hit and still in heavy use days later. Highly recommend this item for any household with children. Bought the syrup concentrates in small bottles so the kids would have a variety, but they are still working on the first 2 16oz containers, so they go a long way. I can see this item getting heavy use as the summer approaches. Easy to clean and doesn't take up too much counter space.

I bought the snow cone maker and the cotton candy maker for my daughter's birthday. The snow cone maker is fabulous (unlike it's sister item). It crushed a lot of ice quickly for 16 hungry kids. The ice is so fine- just like at a fair. We have the Rival single serve makers that I am now going to put in a garage sale. I love this machine. I highly recommend it.

I bought this unit for my sons birthday party last year and it was a huge hit. It produces shaved ice at a fairly quick rate. I made enough cones for almost 2 dozen kids in less than 20 minutes. I do wish the area where you place the ice would hold a larger volume. I spent alot of time reloading the ice.

It makes fine shavings and a lot in one sitting> ONe thing though, I dont care about Nostalgia...I wished it has a sturdier housing.

Well it sure was noisy so I did the shavings in between showing, sometimes you have to check it , at the times when the ice is too big and it gets stuck.The scooper provided is like a toy.

But so far it survived .

I love this little machine, it works perfect, bought it for a birthday party, have used it many time shaves the ice perfectly, its best to get a bag of ice chips from the grocery store, let them sit out for a few minutes at room temperature and add a few ice chips at a time slowly as it starts to shave it will fill up the whole box with shaved ice, highly recommend it, but I wouldnt let young kids play withit the ON knob could break it you force it too much or put too many ice chips at once

there are too many plastic gears that make the machine run and you can't do as many snow cones because you have to wait between running it because you can not run it for more than 5 minuets at a time this is the first item I wish I hadn't bought,
