No more watered down margaritas. It does a fantastic job of blending drinks at the perfect consistency every time. Easy to clean and comes with some delicious recipes to try out.

I would highly recommend this product!

I brought this machine at Marshalls for $35.00 plus tax. The first time I used it, the machine performed well. One sunday afternoon, my cousin came over and I offered her a homemade frozen drink, and to my disappointment, the machine would not shave the ice at all. My husband worked on the machine for about 30 minutes or so, to find out that the lid that houses the blade was not securely tighten. After tightening the lid, the blade shaved the ice to our satisfaction. PS: If you are having trouble with shaving the ice, make sure that the lid that secures the shaver is thight. we received this item as a gift and it came without instructions. can someone provide them for us? we appreciate the help.

When I first plugged it in and tried it, it wasn't shaving the ice. I adjusted the shaving blade through where it meets the top of the glass pitcher. There is a circle gasket thing you can twist to adjust the level of the blade. Once it was adjusted to the right all the way, it worked AWESOME!! I think after a few times it needs to be twisted again at the gasket but no biggie. This is great so far. I love the cord keeper cubby in the back also.

I bought this for Christmas, '07. It was never used until about March of '09. It's been used about 6 times. When it worked, it was only adequate...leaving large hunks of ice unblended. Now it doesn't work at all.

The rubber drive mechanism overheated and fused to the plastic plate beneath it, so the blender portion no longer spun. You could hear the motor spinning, but the drive just didn't spin. I took it apart and cut all the parts that had melted together, but the shaft had stripped out the inside of the rubber bit, so it still spins without the jar in place, but it doesn't have enough grip to actually spin the blades and blend anything.

I suspect the reason it has a 90 day warranty is that most people buy this for Christmas and don't use it until the summer, which will usually be well beyond the warranty period.

It's complete junk. Avoid it if at all possible.

I purchased the machine in Feburary 2009 from Penny's. I didn't use it until June 2009 for a party. What an embarrassment!!! The unit only made two batches of margaritas. The blade in the bottom of the pitcher stopped spinning. What a big disappointment in this product.

UPDATE: 09/09/09

I called the company and they agreed if I returned my unit, they would refund me the full purchased price, minus the shipping & handling. This was done and I received my refund check. The employee handling my request was indeed very polite and did whatever he had to do in order for me to receive my refund.

I replaced my unit from another company "Margaritaville" with the Key West mixer. It was more expensive, However it is well worth the money. It makes GREAT adult beverages and non adult beverages. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

I have had two different types of these. This by far the best for the money one out there.

Just got this for Christmas, very excited. However, after setting up and pushing the shave button, it worked for about 2 seconds then stopped shaving ice. Tried cleaning it out, nothing. Very disappointed.

I bought this on Saturday at Meijer. I broke it on Monday afternoon. I "apparently put too much ice in the top" says my husband. I don't really know what happened, but the cheap made plastic inside the part where the ice spins stopped working. Think twice.m

I got this at a Bed Bath & Beyond store for $49.95 (special value price) plus used thier 20%off coupon. It works great, looks great and the best margaritas!!
