Hi, everyone, please read this book if you haven't done so yet. You will be only too glad that you did. Only problem is it's out of print. But you can always find a copy in your local library as I did. I've read it twice and am in the middle of the third reading. It's a book that changes how you think and eat and look at everything.I have personally benifited a great deal from the book. I feel it my mission to pass on the word to those back in my home country who are busily adopting the Western life style without much thought of the hazards that come with it. For this reason I need to contact Dr Richard Mackarness for his permission perhaps to use his book. Please, if anyone could give me his email or postal address, or forward this email to him, I would appreciate it very much. But read the book anyhow. |
