Frances A. Micale owns an Atlanta-based consulting and training company called Micale Training Corporation. She founded the company in 1986. Her 25-plus years of experience in the human resources area has contributed to a very successful career.

Frances offers a variety of services to her clients. They include the delivery of custom-designed seminars to improve employee performance. These programs can also include development of trainer/facilitator guides for delivery. When attending one of Frances' seminars, a participant will find an intimate, comfortable learning environment with plenty of discussion, activity, and opportunity to practice the skills being taught.

Frances also offers other services in the areas of consultation such as culture change, coaching and facilitation. Her book, 'Meetings Made Easy' (third edition, fall 2004, Entrepreneur Press) was published to help people facilitate meetings more effectively. The book illustrates Frances' experiences as a meeting facilitator in which she has led groups toward effective problem solving, decision making and planning.

Micale Training has grown to include a number of seasoned trainers who can deliver training and consulting services to any level employee. MTC has trained over 1000 participants annually for individual clients who want to enhance the performance of a specific employee population. The MTC philosophy is that behavior can be changed and learning can and should be fun. MTC trainers model this philosophy every time they deliver a program.

Frances is good at developing cohesive working relationships with her clients, who are her best form of advertising. They regularly refer her to other organizations and readily provide feedback on the quality services that MTC offers, as well as the significant results that are produced.
