Suzanne continues to dazzle the industry with her unique & innovative style. In her latest book entitled "Not So Basic New Hire Orientation" she has developed a way to solve the problems of Employee turnover in a labor market of less than 2% unemployment. What a great concept & finacial savings!

5.0 out of 5 stars Not So Basic New Hire Orientatin, November 2, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Not So Basic New Hire Orientation (Ring-bound)
Having been a Human Resource Director for many years, I feel qualified to review Ms. Gust's book. It is very thorough, and covers everything you need to have a successful orientation. In a very organized and concise way Ms. Gust has arranged this book to be a tool for the employer to create a top notch orientation process. It puts together everything you need during an orientation process- all in one place. It is a "must have" reference for every Human Resource Department. In this day and age of continued recruitment and retention efforts for the best and the brightest the first impression (for a new employee) is critical. I applaud Ms. Gust for her stellar effort!!

Found the book to be a great help in starting a new hire orientation program.

I recommend it.
