She made the leap from hobby knitter to professional in 2000 when she opened Knitting Workshop, a yarn store in California. This is a great book for those who like knitting with sock yarn. You can make more than just socks with it. Hats, gloves, scarves and more! I liked the patterns in this book, they are well written.
