Edgar Winter returns with his first solid release of new material since lord knows when. This CD issued in '94 got little to no promotional but was a joy to the ears of steady Edgar fans. He returned to his classic roots/rock/R&B sound for this release and his vocals, sax & keyboards are stellar. If you liked his White Trash '70s albums then you will love this CD. His hit Franstein is also included on this CD. A+++++

I wasn't expecting much from this 1994 release, but I bought it solely for the inclusion of Frankenstein. But the other songs on this cd are strong and they flat out rock. If you like the old Edgar Winter, I do not believe that you will be disappointed by any song on this cd. The previous reviewer extols it's virtues and then gives it 3 stars--go figure. This is not a 3 star release, it is at least 4 1/2. Judge for yourself, I loved it. Strong vocals, songwriting, and musicianship.
