I have had this Cd for a few years now and it continues to be my favorite cd. The creativity and emotion that the authors bring forth has continued to touch me. I wish I could personally thank the authors some day for taking the time to produce this extremely quality album that has the ability to reach the soul. I highly recomend this cd as a gift for the non-Christian. I am highly suprised the music on this CD did not become extremely popular in the secular market. It's tunes rival any that are out there today.

The New Church Of Rhythm album is much better than their first one. "Not Perfect" is totally contemporary Rock Alternative, great, I love the songs, I like the energy, the vocals are still great as was true in their first album, but the music is better. I almost didn't buy another album by them but I am so glad I did. (sort of like DC Talk, Jars Of Clay, PFR, etc.)

We got this CD after going to a concert they had in our church several years ago. I am very happy to have the songs. One of the songs that helped get me through hard times is the "Life is worth Fighting For." If I remember what they said in the concert, that song was based on an experience one of the singers went through with a friend. I also love Matter of time, Common People and several other songs on the CD.
I just wish I knew what happened to the band and wish they'd make more albums like this.
