Editorial Reviews

Review

This is not your typical fantasy novel. ...it was entertaining and intriguing. The characters are varied, and there are several unexpected plot twists. ...especially good for teenagers who are reluctant readers.--Flamingnet Student Book Reviewer  ECra

From the Author

My novellas reflect a lot from my youth. I write from my experiences growing up--both good and bad experiences. Not Safe For Vampires was special for me because not only was it my first book written but also the characters were made up from relatives and friends in my life. I wrote Killer Angel with characters that were made up from friends I knew in high school. The characters are important and the main focus when I am writing. My goal is to tell the story through them.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this. And I really didn't. The writing was weird and repeated a lot. It was far to descriptive in an almost boring way. The story needs a lot of work. It's a good idea, but it lacked in execution. The final chapter was good. I liked it well enough. But if you have to read an entire boring book to get to a barely decent final chapter, it's kind of a waste.
