This product was sent quickly and exactly as advertised. I wish it would have been cheaper, but then again, i guess it is a hot book.

The author approached this book in the form of a story. I could really relate from working in Customer Service to the terminolgy she used. There were even character names from my workplace and the funny part is that they to are Supervisors. This book was easy to read and the leadership strategies are true to form. We have used the techniques she decribed in the book right down to the supervisor and management meetings. It was a good book and comes highly recommended by me.
