Well, yes. This is a series of 22 by Eon Productions, and celebrating 50 years of that series. It does not attempt to include every last film ever associated with the James Bond character.

From what I understand, those 3 pieces you mentioned (at least the latter two) fall under MGM now and their inclusion probably could have been legally maneuvered, however I didn't (and I know I'm not alone) expect their inclusion in a set like this.

Casino Royale (parody) and Never Say Never Again are available separately on blu-ray. The original TV bond, also Casino Royale based, was a special feature on a previous DVD edition of the parody, but I understand not in its entirety; all the elements may not exist to get that one together in full form.
