I have to say, I was skeptical about purchasing/using Amazon's MP3 downloads, fearing that the downloader would be as much a pain in the butt as iTunes is. I am SO grateful to be wrong! It worked flawlessly: it dumped my songs directly into my iTunes library just as it alerted me it would...and fast, too. The only thing Amazon should consider IMO would be developing the ability to purchase a block of songs, rather than having the user purchase each song separately .

With Apple's inability to support iTunes on the PC, (especially with the Vista OS and their obvious lack of concern about compatibility, bugs, and usage of the iTunes product - for details, check the iTunes forums on Apple's site), they may have something to worry about in the music download market thanks to Amazon.
