What I like about this book is the technology and personal support Tom Marcoux offers you all along the way. He covers a lot of topics so you will be sure to find solutions for most anything that holds you back. Two important areas to me are getting started and procrastination. He teaches you how to Build Your Castle, which helped me clarify my dream and stay in touch with my feelings so I don't waver. There is also a section on procrastination that helped me to continue to build momentum. With Tom's practical guidance, I feel I can finally move forward without the blocks that have held me back in the past.
