Timeless...just absolutely timeless!,
This review is from: Nothing Will Be As It Was Tomorrow (Audio CD)
I purchased this on vinly back in 1977 when I was just 14 years of age. I purchased it because I loved the tune "Angels" which was getting a lot of airplay here in the Philly area. I wasn't expecting very much simply because this was my first time hearing of Flora Purim. Boy was I surprised!! I fell in love with the entire album! I discovered that "Angels" only scratched the surface. I fell in love with the title tune, along with "Fairy Tale Friend" and "You Love Me Only" just to mention a few. I highly recommend this CD for anyone who wants to find out about the true beauty and diversity that is Flora Purim. I believe you will find the music to be timeless..absolutely timeless!!

At Last!,

I fell in love with Flora Purim, and this album in the 70's and at last I found it on CD. I thought it might sound dated, as I hadn't heard it since I gave up on vinyl, I still have the album though. I was happily wrong! "Angels" remains my favorite, but the entire CD sounds as fresh as if it was written yesterday. I'm in love all over again.

Flora Purim - "Nothing Will Be As It Was Tomorrow",

I was finally able to purchase this CD this year after searching for it since it came out in the 70s! My favorite is 'Angels', with the help of some Earth, Wind & Fire musicians, so you know it sounds good! I highly recommend this CD for Flora Purim fans everywhere.

My favorite Flora album. The second favorite being "Speak No Evil". If you do not own "Speak No Evil" get it. You'll love it. But back to "Nothing Will Be As It Was Tomorrow", The title track written by Milton Nascimento, with a few tracks written by Patrice Rushen this is an album I would play over and over in the 70's . And now I get to hear it without the clicks and pops so prevelent after 30 some od years. Great jazz backed by brilliant percussions. So Awesome!

Angels is timeless, awesome track, hints of George Duke...I can finally retire my dusty, scratched almost 30 year old 8" vinyl single of this track!

This is one of my favorite albums in the 70's and now! I was excited to see it released on CD. The music moves you and fills your heart with joy. Flora is a gem.
