Notoco 1202 Earscope(TM) is lightweight and easy to use. Has double-focus light system with condensing mirror. Magnifies image 2.5 times for crystal clear viewing. 3 Viewing tips: for infant (3mm), youth (4mm) and adult (5mm). Uses 2 standard AAA batteries and #222 bulb (all included). Includes soft vinyl carrying pouch Note: #222 bulbs we sell are tested to project a straight beam of light allowing for proper otoscope lighting. Optional Ears: An Owners Manual . i bought this to figure out if my 13 month old son had an ear infection or it was teething....once you figure out where the ear drum is its great! the first time i used it, i realized my son had an ear infection! And thats why he was so cranky! Until they can talk, its great to know there are things out there to try to figure it out!

This is a great piece of equipment to have if your children have ear problems and you are constantly running to the Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor!!! My son is on his 5th pair of ear tubes and this has saved me numerous trips and $$. It works great for all size ears, light works fantastically and the magnification is great. Definately worth the $$ to have esp. at this price!!
