Of course the best song of this album is 'Habibi, nour el ain'. Last year it was played in Egypt a lot. This year his new cd, (in Egypt, tape) is a great succes and I really love that new song 'Amarain'. If you hear the music, all you can do is love it!!

yes, i just had to use a term as "the bomb" to describe this cd. basically, it is a cd that cannot be ignored. it has your classic ballads and upbeat songs such as track 6, which has an upbeat mode which i cannot resist belly-dancing my way through, thanks to my palestinian blood. he has an awesome voice and he just sings like he means every word, and really, who doesn't want to feel that way when they hear songs?? :)

We first heard this album while on vacation in Hurgadah, Egypt. The lifeguard played it on his cassette recorder and we liked it so much that we asked him for the name, and spent half a day searching the bazaar for a cassette recording of it. At the time we didn't realize it was a big hit all over the Middle East. Last summer someone was performing it on 4th street, Santa Monica and drew a huge crowd. We bought it for the title song, which is one of those rare songs that appeal across all language and age and national borders. You don't have to understand Arabic or know anything about Arab pop music to be instantly grabbed by it. I'm just glad I can now buy it on CD, as I don't like cassettes.

Wow, I am amazed by this cd! I don't understand what he is saying, however, the beat of the music is breathtaking. The songs are very rythmic and is fantastic for a bellydancer, such as myself. I bought this for a performance I was working on and must say I'll most likely dance to other songs as well...I also enjoy listening to this cd in the car or as general listening pleasures!

I love this CD! It has a great beat and wonderful vocals. Excellent for Belly dance.

Very good album for someone who loves the Arabic music or for someone who has visited Egypt. "Nour el ain or Habibi" wass the most famous song in 1996 in that country. This is so nice to have it on CD even if one can't understand the lyrics.

I just love his music. "Nour El Ain" is one of the songs played in "El Clon" telenovela. You do not need to understand the words to the songs....just listen and DANCE.

no words to express the beuty of the song either the words or the music this is when you listen to words and love these words while not understanding any :)

amr diab is the best artist in the world his song is so kooooooooooollllll to hear. habibi amr diab gamil gidaan.
