I bought Winway software in the past and what a joke. Total mess, unorganized, outdated, lots of promises of this and that and very kindergarten style. Software is NOT user-friendly, hard to understand and navigate. They promise access to over 100,000 phrases to use in your resume, but you do NOT get to see the 100,000 phrases. They force you to create a resume then the software selects the phrases, and the phrases suck. Very limited and written by grade schoolers. Also their resume examples are the worst I've ever seen.

Don't buy Winway products, waste of time and money. I purchased ResumeMaker about 6 months ago and they are a whole lot better. User-friendly, lots of information to choose from, resumes are much better. I was so disappointed with Winway because they market their products so well, but when using it I felt like I was back in the 80's.
