This album spans the world of funk, groove, and hip hop; a magnificantmix which is sure create the perfect atmosphere for any situation.The featured artists offer a sprinkling of great music from around theworld. A second volume in Radio Nova's sublime mix of tunes whichdelight the ear this album is a collection of the stations best music.This Paris based radio station exposes its listeners to the hippestand most experimental music. I am so adament about this particularalbum that I almost bought it on a french web sight... Then it washere. We should be greatful that... has given the musically intunedear exactly what it wants to hear. With bumpin' beats and jazzyundertones, this eclectic mix is sure to win your heart. Straightfrom the Bastille to your stereo, Nova Tunes v.02 is a must have!

Actually a compillation, Nova Tunes is the product of 101.5 FM Paris. There's some trip hop, acid lounge, groove, nothing particularly groundbreaking compared to other European/electronic/jazz influenced mixes and compillations. But it's good all the same. Not to be confused with French house, this isn't dance music, more chill. If you're looking for something to go with your K&D/ESL/et al collection---similar although not as consistent, give this a try. There is sure to be at least a few tracks you'll really like.
