I recently purchased the Habitrol Patch. I bought the entire 8 week program,Step 1,2&3.My husband was a smoker for 45 years. Myself,about 30 years. We both quit on the same day. Been using the patch everyday for 5 weeks now. So far, we are coping very well with becoming non-smokers. The patch is definitely working for both of us and I am amazed how well my husband has adjusted to his new smoke-free life. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to quit smoking. Freedom is life without a cigarette.
