About the Author
Tay Kratzer, is a Novell Premium Service-Primary Support Engineer for some of Novell's larger customer sites. He is the author and co-author of several GroupWise books and writes for Novell Connection Magazine and GroupWise Advisor Magazine. He has supported Novell GroupWise for 12 years, is a Novell Master CNE, and is the recipient of the Software Support Professional Association's Year 2000 "Outstanding Superstar" award. Erno de Korte, has trained and provided consultation to GroupWise clients around the world. Erno is a regular speaker at conferences like Brainshare, GroupWise Summits, and NUI events. He has published several articles in GroupWise Advisor Magazine.

i bought this book thinking it has great in-depth tips that the usual books would miss..Tay Kratzer is a famous guy in Novell, too bad there are some parts missing which couldn't make me get my GW7 up and running in a shorter time...
