McTague is a messaging systems specialist who does training and consulting and designs GroupWise messaging networks. Rogers and McTague are co-authors of Novell's GroupWise^® 5 User's Handbook, and McTague served as technical editor for Rogers's Novell's GroupWise^® 4 Administrator's Guide.

I was very impressed with this book. It was the foundation of obtaining my GroupWise 5 CNA, GroupWise 5 CNE, and Master CNE -- Messaging. I still use it as a reference.

I am a consultant involved in setting up enterprise-level GroupWise systems. I found the book mostly useless. At least once, it provides completely inaccurate information, which put me in embarassing situation, because I made a recommendation based on what I read. This book is poorly organized and fails to provide the information that is most important for a GroupWise administrator.

This book has saved my hide over and over. It has paid for itself many times over. Buy it!!
