About the Authors ....Ron Tanner is the director of engineering for Novell's New Product Initiative Group. He was the original lead engineering manager for ZENworks for Desktops and ZENworks for Servers and is involved with the ZENworks product line. ....Brad Dayley, CNE, is a software engineer on Novell's Critical Problem Resolution team. He is the coauthor of Novell's Guide to Resolving Critical Server Issues and the cocreator of the advanced debugging course used to train Novell's support engineers.
