Measure your head at the place where the headband will rest. Keep in mind that everyone's head-shape is different. If you happen to fit between two sizing brackets, it is better to go to the lower sizing bracket if you have a narrow head and up to the next bracket if you have a rounder shape to your head. i received the helmet & it was poor quality & looked as if it had already been sent back before. i was not satisfied with my purchase so i called the "company" to ask about returns. the guy acted like i was inconveniencing him by calling & really was not of any help. i decided to try emailing them & have received no response after sending the email 4 times. youre better off ordering a helmet from ironhorsehelmets.com they're a little bit more expensive but worth the 10 extra dollars you'll spend. BikerAccess does not care about customer service as much as they state they do.

really bad quality the Quick-Release buckle broke from the first time i used it and the shape of the helmet was not symmetrical

If your looking for a helmet with the lowest possible profile made this is it. They are not for safety though. These are not DOT helmets. We also offer a free size exchange. You will be happy with this helmet. Its the best looking german made. The front of the helmet has a nice curve and is not pointy like some german helmets.
