I started taking True Balance 4 years ago after reading Julia Ross' "The Diet Cure" These are the vitamins she recommended. It is true that you will need a separate calcium supplement, but that is because calcium should not be taken with your other vitamins, but separately and spread out over the day. Also if you need more than 240 mg of vitamin C, you would need a separate supplement. I love these vitamins as I feel better when taking them and they do not cause any stomach upset, a problem that I have with other multi-vitamins. My biggest complaint is that iodine is not included. I do not use iodized salt, so I use a liquid supplement to make sure that I receive the proper amount. I am thrilled that these vitamins are offered on Amazon as I used to have to purchase them through Julia Ross' web page.
