Full Spectrum Mineral caps by NOW
Amazon provided a very fast delivery and a competitive price. Now Mineral Caps is a good product and has the right mix of minerals without Iron. I like that the daily recommended dosage is four times a day which allows me to take them with meals. The size and shape of the capsules are easy to swallow.

Not Happy With This Product
Made me tired and upset my stomach. Halved the dosage and still same. Used 3 days then d/c'ed. Ended up throwing it away.
