This is a great iron supplement. It doesn't upset my stomach and is priced alot lower than in the store.

This supplement made me feel like a million bucks from the first time I took it. In my opinion, greatly superior to most mass-marketed iron supplements.

I Took them for less then a week so I cant really say how much I like them. I stopped taking them because they made me sick. Many iron pills do. Maybe I'll give them another try later. Like before bed and see how that works out.

After discovering that I had dangerously low iron levels, I tried a few supplements before finding this excellent iron complex. This one contains not only iron but the essential compounds for iron absorption, and it's gentle on the digestive system. Price is great as well. I was feeling very lethargic and looked pale so I suspected I needed some extra iron. My dad had this supplement so I tried a couple. I took 2 the first day (not at the same time) and I took it with some Emergen-C since vitamin C helps increase your absorption of iron. I didn't have any nausea or anything even though I basically took it on an empty stomach. The next day I felt much better. I had color back in my face and I didn't feel as tired.
