This product was recommended to me by a friend who was concerned about my stress level in my personal life as well as my professional life. I started taking it to relieve stress, as a result I stopped "stress eating" and since the first of January 2010 to May 2010 I have lost thirty five pounds and have gone from a size 14 to a size 8. For a woman in her late 50's who has spent the last 8 years 40 to 50 pounds overweight and has tried every weight loss program on the market and alot of excercise programs as well, to have this wonderful success is amazing. Everyone who has known me from before asks me "what did you do?" My simple answer? Relora is amazing!!!!

I have Fibromyalgia, which in turn causes alot of other problems. I am only 31 and overweight, my dad told me about this stuff.....I have been on it for about 6 weeks, taking it every other day 2times a day. I went to the doctors and found that I lost 18lbs!!!! This great for me, since I am on the waiting list for bypass surgery.....I also suffer from insomnia and depression, which in turn I would nibble all of the time since I couldn't sleep or was upset...not with this stuff....no stress or emotional eating!! I highly recommend it,it is very subtle and you find over time you just don't have cravings....

:::: FINAL UPDATE MAY 10TH 2013 ::::

I have 38 pills left out of 120 so I'm almost done with the bottle. This will be my final update simply because I'm pretty sure my results will remain consistent especially with something new I've learned. My update was suppose to be on the 2nd of this month but I forgot *I'm sorry!*.

Added Info I've Learned: I've been taking Relora religiously 3 times a day like it said to do. I even set alarms on my phone at certain times of the day of when to take it. When I first started taking this over a month ago, I noticed a difference in my appetite within the first week of using it. Here it is a month later and I find myself eating no more than twice a day. Sometimes depending on what I eat, I can eat only ONE time the whole day and NOT be hungry for the rest of the day!!! What I came to realize is that if I eat...lets say a Chicken Carbonara *large* from Quizno's and that's the first thing I ate all day, I won't feel hungry again until the next day no matter what time I ate it. For another example though, I can eat a Nutri-grain bar in the morning and won't find myself getting hungry again until 1 pm or 2 pm. Now if I don't eat anything until 12 pm, there are times it will be a veggie burger *no buns* and I will be fine for the rest of the day as well. If I DID get hungry then I would eat less than half of whatever I cooked. Lets say it's spaghetti, before Relora I could have a plate full, eat it all, then come back for seconds. Now I'm at the point I can only consume a portion that rivals what my 2 year old nephew eats and be full from it. I noticed I was getting low on pills and was worried about the whole "when you stop taking it then you gain all the weight back". I skipped 3 days of taking it and my eating habits stayed the same.

I have a very stressful night shift job in a hospital ER and found the calming influence of Relacore
invaluable. Suddenly I was unable to find the product. I think because Relacore advertised as weight
reduction (didn't work losing weight) instead of stress reduction.

Eventually I stumbled on Relora 300. It has similar ingredients, a similar dosage, so I gave it a try.

I have gotten the same calming influence with this product and have been very happy with it. Difficult
people are always going to be difficult, but this product helps all that just roll past me while I still keep
the mental sharpness needed to deal with the situation. I am finding that people seek me out cause they
know I won't yell back at them, I will just solve the problem.

Takes about 4 or 5 days for the affect to kick in. It is subtle but when you skip more than 4 or 5 days
you will notice less easiness in your response to the world around you. So I skip Relora on the weekends
only, just taking it on work days and that seems to be working fine for me.

So, definitely a thumbs up from me on Relora 300.

Just a little background on me: I'm 26 years old, female, an uber busy entrepreneur, and about 50 pounds overweight (all gained during and post college). I started taking this brand of Relora just a week ago. The supplement was recommended to me by a friend, we are both in a weight loss competition and I mentioned that even though I've been exercising often and changing my diet, I wasn't losing any pounds and she suggested that stress might be the cause and that I look into NOW's Cortisol supplement. After reading Amazon reviews, I saw this listed as a related supplement and decided to give it a try-- I suffer from Fibromyalgia and saw that it had helped someone else with the disorder.

I've been taking three...one at the beginning of the day, one in the afternoon, and one before bed. I ordered with the hopes that it would help me lose weight, and it's working beautifully in that regard! I'm finally seeing the pounds drop (mind you I've been working out and eating healthier for two months prior), and am averaging about a pound loss per day.

Besides that I am pleasantly surprised that it's helped a great deal with my stress and anxiety levels, which I didn't realize how severe they were until I started taking Relora. I was diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder in the past, but try to stray away from prescription drugs. I feel like I can handle the stresses of everyday better, I don't feel as overwhelmed, I'm more focused, and surprise surprise that FOCUS is also helping me to maintain my diet and exercise regimen each day.

All of that being said, I'm kinda surprised this isn't more popular. I'm going to keep you guys updated in a month to let you know if it's still working!
