I am 57, about 30 pounds overweight, and my doctor has been nagging me for the last few years to lose weight. I read about this in one of those books of medical secrets that supposedly the medical establishment don't want you to know about, and the only thing that surprises me about this item is why some pharmaceutical company hasn't made some little adjustment to it and started selling it for 4-5 times the price on prescription. I've been taking it since June 1 of this year and have lost five pounds; the secret is that I no longer eat as much at meals due to the appetite suppressant effect, and I no longer have any desire to eat at all between meals. I haven't made any significant changes in my diet, but then I'm not one to eat junk food, fried food, etc. I am eating what I want and I do not feel deprived.
I feel like I have hope that the remaining 30 pounds will come off with the help of this product.

I was very hopeful that this product would help supress my appetite, but it did nothing at all. Please don't waste your money on this. I wish I hadn't. Eat less and exercise more is the only way to safely and effectively lose weight. Good luck!
