People have said that this product doesn't work. But it does for me. I use it in conjunction with a healthy diet, and I actually burn more fat off. It has been said that citrimax slows down the rate in which carbohydrates convert over to fat in your body. That's something that I can appreciate. If your scarfing down large amounts of food all day, expecting that diet pills are going to erase that fact, it's not, and you're not going to lose weight. I agree with Jasmin Song's review. This is not a miracle pill, it basically suppresses your appetite, like it does for me, especially during premenstrual mega cravings!=( So combined with a sensible diet and excercise regimen it does help. This is what actually makes you lose the weight. The one thing I don't do is take it daily, I don't like relying on supplements to control my hunger or craving cycles. I only use it as needed.

To the other reviewer who's using this with Dexatrim to crash diet, just warning you that drastic measures like what you're doing never work in the long run. It's a sure fire way to yo-yo dieting. But hey, if it works for you, great. It's maintaining that weight loss after that's tough. Believe me I've been there a few times.

thay do not tell you in the listing but this is a mix or super citrimax and other stuff like ginseng and if you are like me and have other med.problems and are taking meds you can not use this .

I think the title says it all. Bought these on a recommendation in a magazine article. Nothing changed.

very good diet supplement easy to understand direction does what it says good fr everyone works very well have lost 51 lbs. on it and will keep it up

Simply put: Don't waste your money.

My mom had started taking the super citrimax from vitamin world and she told me that it was giving her more energy to exercise after a long day at work.

I was thrilled because that is just the thing I had been looking for!

Well, maybe the two are different because I was not so lucky.

I received my bottle of Citrimax and there was this strange white powder coating all the pills.

I sifted through the pills in the bottle to find that one of the vitamins had cracked open and the stuff on the inside was now coating the outside of all the vitamins creating a huge mess.

Honestly, I began taking the pills with hopes of a specific thing: energy.

This citrimax just didn't preform.

i use this product with (dexatrim max fast acting formula with real green tea & oolong tea)

i cannot confirm how it works without the dexatrim.

this is what happened:

for my friends wedding.

on Wed.8.2010 evening(like after 10pm ate 1st then 1 hour later took the pills in overdose both bottles said to take 1 each recommended) i took 3 of each dexa and this pill. went to sleep, from there on till Saturday morning kept taking 3 of each morning(around 10-11am) lunch(5-7pm) and dinner(9-10pm). did not eat or go to bathroom till Saturday morning(11pm). only pills(9 of each a day).

i was on Wednesday evening 245 pounds, now im 237. ate modestly at wedding.

the pills ran out on Sunday(12) morning. im now 235 and im not doing squat for exercise except maybe clean my room.

i dont wanna hear that im stupid, maybe now i dont care, but im showing u this review that with there 2 types of pills i was overdozing on, one or both helped me. i will buy more. my goal is to lose weight on these pills till around 180 or less.

PS. i cant recall getting dizzy or anything wrong with my head, except feeling empty in stomach.
