glycerine is excellent for natural hair I mix it with coconut oil and shea butter for a leave in conditioner and it is awesome leaves my coils curls spirals and waves shiny and healthy

I'd read about using Vegetable Glycerine's use in no sugar deserts in conjunction with Stevia as a sweetener. Originally thought this product was only for cosmetic use, but it has a thickness similar to corn syrup with a slightly sweet taste. It is unstable so must be kept cool and in a dark place. As a Diabetic it has helped me cook treats I ordinarily wouldn't have. Great alternative once you learn how to use it.

This product is the best. I wish I would have known of it before. I use it in a mixture for my hair and it keeps my hair SILKY soft for a good amount of time. Love it!

Love this item. I refill my foam soap pumps with a little liquid soap, the glycerin,some essential oil and water. My hands are not dry after washing and it makes the soap feel silky. I even put some in a liquid hand soap dispenser.

I bought this because description on Amazon says "USP and Food Grade". No where on the bottle does it say that... it is simply a skin care product, that has neither USP or Food grade on the bottle written. This also looks different than the picture shown. The actual product you get is the $6 bottle they sell from Now Solutions.

If you are purely using this for skincare, it is not dangerous. But if you bought this item because you believed the words written in Amazon "USP and Food Grade", and was planning to use it for vaping or food additive, this is a dangerous product.

The bottle I received was NOT food grade vegetable glycerin as advertised on the page. It clearly says on the bottle " this is not considered food grade". And when I received the package the bottle lid was boken and leaked all over.

After a saleswoman with way too many lattes in her system stopped me at a mall kiosk and almost wrestled me into washing my hands with some salt exfoliant goo for a mere $35 a dollop, I began to think. Why not mix up a batch of this stuff myself. (It was a good product....but $35 for an ounce of sea salt goop?) I approached it like a high school experiment and thought Glycerine might be a good base so found this on Amazon. Long story short, after getting dead sea salt and a few other ingredients it produced an amazing concoction. Look for it on a 3 a.m. infomercial soon! Anyway, it took way too long for the glycerine to arrive but it is a good product.

I'm loving this product. It gives me so much moisture in my hair. I will continue to use on my hair journey.

I use as a skin lubricant and emollient by mixing one part glycerin with 2 parts water (sometimes a bit of oil too) in a spray bottle. Has made a world of difference to my dry skin.

Add this to rose water and optional aloe vera gel and you've got moisture for your hair.
