I used this flour as part of an Apple Pie recipe from Alton Brown. It took a little long to get here but that's OK. I didn't want to deviate from the recipe. I checked out the product on several web sites before ordering. The bag should last a pretty good while. I appreciate being able to order from Amazon!

Bought this for the Alton Brown Apple Pie recipe, and learned of many more uses for the leftovers. Use it to thicken almost anything...soups, gravies, sauces, etc. It is also good as a coating when frying.

I use it in cooking instead of corn starch or flour to thicken recipes. My only comment is that I should have gotten a biger bag.

We were using a gluten-free recipe and needed tapioca flour. The order came promptly and in good condition. There's not much you can say about a staple like this. If your health food store has it, buy it there. But this product appears to be of excellent quality.

This is a great staple to have in your kitchen. I, like a previous reviewer, purchased this to follow the Alton Brown apple pie recipe. I now use tapioca flour quite frequently when I cook. While I like this product, I was able to find it locally at my CO-OP/organic store. It got four starts because I was able to find it cheaper locally. Before you buy on Amazon check your local CO-OP and see if you can find it locally.
