Even Funnier than "Here's Your Sign", June 29, 2002
After hearing "Here's Your Sign," I knew that I wanted to get Bill Engvall's other albums. I really enjoyed that album, so I figuered the others would be just as good, if not better. I picked up the most current one, "Now, That's Awesome!", and it IS AWESOME! I thought that this album was much funnier than the first album.
Bill's material revolves around family, stupid people, kids, smokers on display at airports, pads (not the kind you use for writing), body piercing, and much more.
What I liked about this album was that he sounded much more energetic and lively. He also seemed to appear more colorful and emotional on this one. I laughed a bunch of times.
My favorite track is "pads," when he talks about how his wife makes him go to the store to buy pads for his daughter. It is HILLARIOUS!!! I laughed the hardest on this one. Very funny.
I didn't care much for the two songs on the album; not the biggest fan of country music. But that doesn't take anything away from the album. I wished the performance was a little longer as well, but that's okay.
All in all, "Now, That's Awesome!" is a comic achievement. I really enjoyed it. Just like in the first one, he's pretty clean, though his material gets just a little adult at times, but nothing shocking or offensive. This is a great album, and Bill Engvall is a very funny guy. Hope to hear more stuff from him in the near future.

Non Stop Side Aching Laughter, August 23, 2000
I just saw this man in a Standup at the Improv Theater in Irvine California on Aug. 21, 2000 and I know that this CD had his standup material in it. Upon buying it I learned it was true. Bill talks about everything from camping trips, to wierd Wyoming sightings, to family trips in the car that everyone can relate to. He also goes into stupid things people say with the famous "Here's your sign." catch phrase. I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life. No one comes close. I think this CD is definately worth the money. I assure you that you will share it with ALL your friends.

Bill the gut buster, August 28, 2000
By A Customer
I think this is the best of the Engvalls cd. I was laughing non-stop. And the over use of the word awesome completely describes his talent as a Comedian.
