Good enough frame for the price, but the description "Two Designs" made me think two frames were coming, or at least some way to change the appearance. This item is for ONE frame, with two certificates of appreciation *which you could make with ten minutes on Office* included.

You pay for what you get. The frame is cheap and flimsy but it does look good. So as long as you don't have people touching it, it really doesn't matter. Yet, I have bought three of these so far and will continue to do so. I rate the quality a three, but overall I give it a five stars. Gets the job done without being expensive.

This frame is very junky-looking. I had planned to use it to frame a certification document to hang on my wall at work, but it is far too low-end. It may be suitable for a certificate for a young child.
