I was very happy to find this product in stock at a much needed time! During the Cash for Clunkers, all of our stores printer ribbons went light at the same time and everywhere I looked was out of stock. I paid for the expedited shipping and that was a little slower than I would have liked, however I still give this product and company a great rating and will continue to do business with them in the future!
