Very, very poor service,

This item never arrived from the vendor. Amazon let me know that the vendor had not responded to requests to confirm order and gave me the option to contact them directly. I did so, more than once, and they simply did not respond. DO NOT USE THE VENDOR ib2b - very, very unprofessional service!
