These protein bars are so delicious! No nasty aftertaste, not too sweet, but just enough sweetness to make it seem like a "treat." The texture is just slightly crunchy with firm consistency. These are not sticky or chewy bars. I've had way too many bars that taste disgusting - try them, you won't be sorry!

This product comes in other flavors, but this Dark Mocha Chocolate is exceptional among balanced nutrition bars. If it produced a sugar rush, which it doesn't, it would be addictive to the point of being a red-light food.

I think my review title says it all. We try to follow a healthy lifestyle, and along with lots of turkey and beef jerky consume lots of food/nutrition/supplement bars. Have eaten almost every dark chocolate bar out there ( i'm a dark chocoholic), and this one has to be the best, bar none. Light crisp, low sugar, but perfectly sweetened, not heavy, but large in size to cure your appetite, and most importantly - does not taste like sand while eating it and no nasty aftertaste whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You'd be glad you did

I bought these bars at my local health food store and LOVED THEM! So, I ordered a box from Amazon. They are a great way to have your chocolate and protein, too! As a vegan, it is great to find a chocolate bar that tastes great. My non-vegan family members enjoy them, also. Now, it's time to order another box!

I discovered the NuGo bars a couple of months ago when looking for a healthy lactose free protein bar, and have been a happy repeat customer since. Not only are the NuGo bars delicious (love the dark mocha flavor!), but they are also high in protein (10 grams) and fiber (depending on the flavor you choose). They are definitely worth the money, but depending on when you order they can be a bit expensive.

I usually eat two of these a day, one in the morning and one before I go to bed, so one order only lasts 4-6 days depending on whether my brother steals a couple of bars. With Amazon prices usually ranging from $17-25, you may end up paying $2 just for one protein bar! Even though they are delicious and healthy, $2 is too much for me to spend on a protein bar. So, I suggest you shop around for better prices. I ordered my last boxes from Soap.com, who are currently selling them for $11-13 with free two day shipping!

I have Crohn's disease and a issue with Gluten and I can never find bars that taste good and don't hurt my tummy. I love dark chocolate and I found these at a Health food store near my work. I am so glad I found them online since they aren't cheap. They are very good, don't taste like you're missing anything and not fattening I love love love these bars

Really tasty bars. The first box I got was a little melty but the next 2 were delicious!! I also like the mint chocolate.

I enjoy these bars and will order them again. they are a quick healthy snack that taste very good.

I consider these a healthy candy bar. They are delicious and have no aftertaste. Great to keep in the purse or brief case for emergencies. Also great for the airplane! Dark chocolate mocha is our favorite.

My son is a premed student in Pittsburgh and discovered these bars this year. He has a busy, rigorous schedule with classes, labs, research and sports so he is often running from one to another and doesn't always have time to eat a healthy meal at normal times. These bars are healthy and natural and keep him going. He appreciates that not only do these bars taste good but they are made with good ingredients. He loves all of the flavors and loves that they are a good price by the box.
