I love the way these bars taste. To me it is like eating the middle of a fig bar cookie. The bars are raw so you are getting all the health benefits and intact enzymes. Many of the ingredients are organic and I like that there is no refined sugar. The only sweeteners are dates and figs. Since there is no sugar however, some people may find the bars a bit tart but they are cranberry so that is to be expected. I always have one in my purse for a quick snack when I'm running around.
