I am an african american woman, my hair was thinning around the hair line and at the top of my head due to a combination of meds and hairstyles, I've been using this product for only a month now, wow my edges are filling in and I feel new growth at the top of head, overall my hair is much thicker, I'm also trying to take the vitamins as well but sometimes forget, I think with the serum and vitamins together, the results will be excellent.

I've been using this topical hair product for over a year and it really works. It's sold under two different names: Shen Min and Nu Hair. It's the same formula so get whichever is on sale. I'm a 50+ female with thinning spots and hair is growing where it had stopped. It's definitely worth trying.

Ok let me say this is truly a winner in my book. I am a 47 yo African-American woman who although my hair was ok through the years, I always wanted it to be thicker and longer. I see more grays also. Well from always getting my hair done differently out of boredom I would go out an get a weave even though my hair was shoulder length. Going through several stylists, I found over the years that my hairline was much thinner, stress caused more shedding than I cared for and my grays were becoming more prominent. Well I like using a lot of natural products on my hair whenever I can, eat right and so on. Someone several years ago suggested that i look for a chinese herbal hair supplement by the name of Shen-Min at GNC stores. I found it, it was 30-35 dollars a bottle but I bought it anyway and started using the pills. Since I play close attention, to my hair, I noticed my hair getting stronger, shinier, fuller in a month of using the Shen-Min pills which this serum is made of the same ingredients. Well I continued to use them and my hair grew at least an inch a month, rapidly I saw the difference and like someone else said my stylist commented on how much my hair was growing and getting fuller. I loved it. Alas, life gets busy and I stopped buying it because of the price, but my hair continued to grow. Now I saw a customer review here and it mentioned Shen-Min and the product info does too and trust this is the way to go. I bought 3 bottles and apply each night to my hairline, crown and smail drops in other areas for balance and yes its true, my grays are not as pronounced, my hair has a natural sheen, feels stronger, and my hairline and overall is growing back in so fast that I have to get a touch up relaxer a bit sooner due to new growth. I can do this also while wearing my hair braided under a weave. When I took out my weave the last time, I was so happily surprised to see how long my hair was. Go out and get this serum product and if you can also buy the NuHair pills which is this former Shen-Min product but at a more affordable price. My cousin now swears by it too. Oh and another great natural product on Amazon is the Weleda Rosemary Hair Oil (excellent for hair growth/conditioning/shine) and I use also Argan Morroccan Oil (organic- Use on my hair and face) Aphogee Keratin 2 min treatment is wonderful too. Use those on your hair and skin and trust you will be looking fabulous@!
