I love this form of stevia, I was a former Splenda addict and was able to make the switch to this healthier alternative and I really like the taste and sweetness. The No carb blend mixes better in hot liquids and foods than the powder form and it tastes sweeter so you can use less of it. I highly recommend this product.

The price for this product was too good to be true. Seems like every fourth packet contained nothing more than a few granules. Plus half the bag of packets were gummed up inside. I have to keep them on my stovetop near the warmth to dry them out. They must have been stored somewhere with a lot of moisture. It's too bad too, because when I actually get a decent packet to use, it makes my day (and my coffee!)

The powder stuck inside of the packet and I literally had to spread the packet completely open and dip it into whatever liquid I was sweetening to get to the powder. The other one with dextin or maltodextirin flows out fine.

I do the low carb thing, and finding a low carb sweetener that isn't full of sugar (maltodextrin) is an enormous hassle. I used to lug around liquid splenda, but I've found these pakcets to be much more convenient -- and they're a better sweetener as well. (Taste seems closer to sugar to me, and you can go sweeter without getting any weird tastes than you can with splenda).

The only downside is that Amazon at the moment doesn't have these on much of a discount. When I originally purchased my first 1,000 count bag, it was a lot cheaper than the current price (which is close to list price).

To those of you who complain there's not enough material per packet -- I have no idea why you'd want more filler. Each packet has the same sweetening power as a packet of sugar. And isn't the idea here to take in fewer calories?

this nustevia is not the quality of my first purchase and contains 1/2 the product per pkg. I wish you had pointed out this difference between the locarb blend and the regular pkg. the product sticks in the pkg and it seems to take more to sweeten.

My husband and I used to use Splenda, until I did research on alternative sweeteners. We began using stevia, and found it was somewhat bitter, using the drops and other forms from places like GNC. Then I found this company selling 1,000 packet for a great price on Amazon. We love it! It sweetens perfectly.

We have not had any of the problems others have noted such as packets sticking together, or packets partially full. I've ordered 4-5 times now, which means we've gone through at least 4,000+ packets, and I've found maybe 2 that were empty. However - the latest order I received (Jan. 2010), did show the packet amount has been cut in half, which I am not happy about. I took and posted the picture shown on this site, and the amount was 1 gm. The amt. in the packets is now 500 mg.

We take it traveling, I carry them in my purse, and store the bulk of them on our closed-in porch in a pantry. Still no problems, summer or winter. I think you can buy this with confidence, knowing you're not using artificial chemicals, and also that you're not adding to insulin reponses, for diabetics or insulin-resistance.

Great product! Try to buy it when it's on half-price, for around $37. Combine that with Amazon's great Prime shipping program, and you've got a winner.

NuStevia was one of the best I've tasted--and no bitter aftertaste. However, either the formula or packaging is faulty. The product does not tolerate heat or humidity. Of all the sweeteners I've ever kept, it is the only one to solidify in heat and humidity. The packets were rendered useless, as the sweetner hardened and stuck to the inside of the packets (I had to throw them out; a waste of money). The powder product holds up well in its plastic container but hardens to rock-like consistency if kept in a sugar bowl.
I'll opt for another product.

I tried Stevia years ago, and it did nothing for me. But, NuStevia is better than all the articifial sweetners and it's healthier too. I love sweets and I can use less of NuStevia than the pink, blue or yellow stuff, and still be satisfied.

This is the best price I've seen. Even with shipping costs, it's a little less than half of what I paid for it in the local stores.

I am very satisfied with NuNaturals NuStevia. The taste is great without the calories.

I have used stevia for years, but I had not yet adjusted to the touch of bitterness other stevia products left as an after taste. However, this product is different. Not only does it live up to its claims for ultra-sweetness, meaning that you only need to use a very small amount, but there is no after taste at all, save for remanents of whatever you have just consumed. I highly recommend this product.
