This is still fairly new for me and it has performed like a champ, allowing me to fry cheese crisp and it releases no problem. Only tip: DON'T scrub this pan or use with metal utensils. Wipe it out with a paper towel and it will stay slick. People who've scrubbed it say that it gets to stick pretty quickly.

Way overpriced! I will use it on regular stove because it at least cooks well and doesn't peel! However the whole reason I bought it to go with new wave stop top for camping was obsolete since the stove top drained too much electric and tripped circuit breaker every time !

Best Pans I Have Ever Cooked on... Food cooks evenly when I use it on my Nu Wave Induction Cooktop, I have several if these skillets.... when used with only a slight amount of cooking oil or spray foods slide right out of the pan leaving easy cleanup....

The NEW WAVE PIC is fine---but the cookware is exceptional. LONG after my PIC has died and gone to the dumpster, I will still be using this fine cookware. My advice to any prospective buyer of the PIC is, DON'T go for the "Buy one, get one for "free" deal. Better to PAY the bucks for EACH PIC JUST to get the two "free" frying pans and the other cookware that comes with ordering the first PIC. Caution---do NOT cook anything in the frying pan above the MEDIUM setting. I cooked a steak on HIGH and and the marks remain in that pan. It still works, but isn't as slick and "non-stick" as it was. The other pan, however, makes a perfect omelette...and to flip a pair of over-light eggs...is a joy and wonder. These pans are HEAVY, well-made and beautiful. If you avoid the HIGH setting, these pans will last and stay super-slick forever. I was so distraught over marking up my one pan, I ordered a replacement...so now I have two perfect pans...and a slightly scorched (but still perfectly usable) one. Seriously--the PIC is fine and good...but these pans are The Bomb. The company should actually sell the pans...and give the PIC for "free".

Amazing pan. Stainless and works on induction cooktop. Coated cooking surfaces that need little oil and clean up fast. These pans are my new favorites!
